Refund Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your custom shoes, you may raise this complaint within 3 days of receiving them for a partial refund or for the faults to be rectified. To be eligible for a partial refund , the shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
To initiate a partial refund or raise a complaint please contact us via email at customer-service@boujieeboutique.com to obtain a authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your partial refund to the original method of payment within 2-3 business days or proceed to re-customise the order.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
