How to place an order?Besides ordering on our website we also take orders on all of our social media platforms. When originally reaching out please provide us with information such as your shoe size, what design you desire, what crocs type you’d like and what country you’re in.

Order information and trackingAs soon as your order is shipped we will send your tracking information and tell you how to best access your online tracking information. In the Royal Mail app or website you can find the most up-to-date information available. Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping details to receive any tracking information online.

HOW TO CLEAN YOUR CROCS
